All pet owner reviews must follow the guidelines below.

Length of the Review

The recommended review length is 75 to 300 words.

What Is Allowed

• Recommendations for Pet Boarding, Pet Day Care and/or Pet Sitting establishments.
• Individual pet owner review who have used a pet boarding, pet Day Care or pet sitting establishment listed or not listed on our web site. If the establishment is not listed on our web site we will add their listing when your review is approved and posted.
• Standard e-mail etiquette using upper and lower case type.

What Is Not Allowed

• No profanity, threats, prejudiced comments, hate speech, spiteful remarks or other non-family-friendly content. No reports of deaths or violent activity.
• No personally insulting language or descriptions, no smear campaigns and no content not relevant and helpful to pet owners.
• A review written by someone under the age of 13.
• Single-word reviews. Please give a detailed recommendation.
• No self-promoting commercial web addresses or e-mail addresses. We reserve the right to reject any URL for any reason.
• Do not review pet-friendly hotels, motels or resorts. We only post reviews for pet boarding, pet Day Care and pet sitting establishments.
• No fake e-mail addresses.
• No out-dated review that happened more than four years ago.
• No reviews written by ownership or management posing as pet owners and/or customers and no reviews written by current or past employees.
• No second-hand stories from others. No hearsay including rumors, quotations from other sources or the reported opinions/experiences of others.
