Depending on the popularity of a vacation region your listing will also be searchable under the appropriate vacation region at no additional charge. For example if your business is located in Cape Code area of Massachusetts, your listing will be searchable through either the city, state name and vacation area of Cape Cod.

Are Customer Reviews Posted Live On Your Web site?

No. Online Customer Reviews is an online form where pet owners can write a review about your business and services. The reviews are first sent to Where PETS Stay and than are sent directly to your business if you have given a valid email address in your listing. Reviews are not edited for content or changed in any way. Any reviews are the property of Where PETS Stay. Reviews will be sent within 48 hours of receiving them through or system.

Your business can decide to post a review as a testimonial with your Premium Listing.

How Does The Email Reservation Request Work?

Premium Listings include the ability for pet owners to email a reservation request directly to your business. Your business must provide a valid email address on the Premium Listing form.
